In the 19th century, sluice boxes were used for gold prospecting, and they are still in use today. Many adjustments and upgrades have taken place since then, but they are still as reliable today as they were back then. Today we include hopper feeders to our sluice boxes to make the process easier and quicker. No longer having to worry about missing the target when you are working at your hardest to load the sluice box.

The aluminium sluice box with hopper feeder is designed to fit a 2 inch water pump. The pump flushes 40 cubic meter of water per hour. Add material directly to the hopper feeder with shovels and/or buckets. The water jets in the hopper feeder allows for a quick flush of water to avoid clogging.

The aluminium sluice box, with a capacity of 2.4 tons/hour, has adjustable legs, making it convenient to set it at the correct level on uneven terrains. The screen and riffles are aluminium, with miners moss fitted to the bottom. All three of these components runs the whole length of the sluice box.
