Semi Portable Pulsating Jig

This medium size, semi-portable concentrator is perfect for separating lighter materials from the nuggets or gravel. The riffles catches gold nuggets by means of water flow and gravity, strategically washing out the waste material. A "tub" either side underneath the jig is perfect for catching the finer gold particles that drifts down. After they collect in the tubs, it is pumped into a separate bucket. The "tubs" have adjustable valves that connects to a flexible outlet pipe through which the gold is pumped.

After pumping the material through the concentrator, the larger nuggets remain in the container. The riffle frame is detachable making it easy to scoop out the remaining gold. Use a gold detector to pick out the nuggets that contain gold, or pass them through a chain mill and then pan it.

Unit consists of the following:

• Complete pulsating jig,
• 2 Inch Petrol or diesel water pump
• 10 meter suction pipe with strainer and couplings (longer pipe can be ordered)
• 10 meter discharge pipe, lay-flat type, with couplings
