Diamond Wash Plant / Trommel: 8 tons per hour unit

This diamond / gold wash plant is suitable for the recovery of fine gold and alluvial diamond gravel. It is suitable for use with a 6 inch dredge pump to be able to pump directly into system. Alternatively, a hopper feeder and grisly screens are available for dry mining. The hopper feeder includes water jets and water pump.

To make sorting easier, there are 3 outlets from the diamond wash plant into 3 different directions. Outlet 1 is for waste, water, mud and sand fines between 0.00mm and 1.9mm in size. This outlet is to the right of the unit where you can fit a sluice box. Outlet two is for alluvial gravel with a screen size of 15mm to 20mm. This outlet is to the left of the unit. Wash gravel into a bucket or container for further processing. The third outlet is for any large material or tailings. This outlet is at the back of the unit. Scoop out the gravel and discard or keep for later use.

Outlet Breakdown:

• First Outlet: Waste, water, mud, sand fines - 0.00 mm to 1.9 mm
• Second Outlet: Alluvial gravel - 15 mm or 20 mm screen
• Third Outlet 3: Tailings and large material

2 Types available:

1. Pump into directly,
2. Dry mining with hopper / feeder unit attached with water jets.

Gold sluice box can be attached to the first outlet to recover gold.
